How long will my order take?

Shipping times can vary depending on the product and your location, generally most items are delivered within 7 days. However, please allow 1-2 business days for the processing of your order and up to 21 days for items to arrive. 

My item hasn't arrived, what should I do?

If your item still hasn't arrived after 21 days please get in contact with us and we can help. You can contact us here.

How much is shipping?

Our shipping costs are generally free, however depending on the product and your location there may be a shipping charge calculated at checkout.

We can ship internationally, if you have any concerns about this please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Refund, Replacement and returns Policy
My product is faulty or damaged, can I get a refund or an exchange?

If in the event of your item being damaged or faulty please contact us as soon as possible.

You will have 30 days once you have received the item to notify us of any damage or faults. You will have the option of a full refund or a replacement product.

In order for us to consider your claim, you will need to provide proof of damage/fault and the product must be unused.

I no longer want or need my item, can I return for a full refund?

Yes we can issue you a refund providing the item is returned in its original packaging, showing no signs of use or damage. The cost of shipping is your responsibility and we cannot refund the return costs.

How long will it take to process my refund?

Once you have got in contact with us regarding any issues and the item has been either been returned or we have deemed to be faulty or damaged, please allow up to 28 days for us to process and issue your refund.
